Refund policy

Returns and exchanges for your order are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the items are unused. Please note that gift wrapping and shopping bags are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Within 3 days of the delivery date, please contact us at the email address below, including your name, order number, and your request for a return or exchange.

We will contact you via email or phone using the contact information provided at the time of your order. Please ensure the return is delivered to the specified return address within 7 days. However, please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • The item has been used
  • The item is damaged or broken due to the customer’s responsibility
  • The product tag, price tag, label, etc., are lost
  • More than 8 days have passed since the delivery date (delivery completion date)
  • Other reasons deemed by our company as unacceptable for returns or exchanges

Return Shipping Costs
For returns and exchanges due to customer preference, the shipping cost, COD fee, and refund handling fee (bank transfer, money transfer, etc.) will be borne by the customer. We will cover the costs in the case of defective products or incorrect shipments.

Refunds
After confirming the returned item, we will process the refund through the credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected depending on the credit card company's procedures. For bank transfers, COD, and convenience store payments, refunds will be made to the specified bank account. Please provide the refund account details in your return request email:

  • Bank Name
  • Branch Name
  • Account Number
  • Account Holder’s Name

*Please include the account holder’s name in Katakana.
*Make sure to provide the account details of the person who placed the order (no accounts under a relative’s name are accepted).
*Refunds via cash on delivery are not accepted.
*Refunds will not be processed at convenience stores.
