Shipping Information
Shipping is free nationwide for orders totaling 16,500 yen (tax included) or more. For orders totaling less than 16,500 yen (tax included), the following shipping charges apply:

Delivery Method
Products will be delivered within 1-3 business days via Japan Post within Japan. However, there will be no shipping on Thursdays, except for holidays. If you choose bank transfer, shipping will occur after payment is confirmed.

*We do not offer delivery to post office branches.
Delivery Date Specification
To specify a delivery date, select the date from the cart screen. You can specify delivery dates from 3 to 15 days after your order. If no date is specified, we will arrange for the "earliest possible date."
Delivery Time Specification
Please choose from the following six time slots:
- Morning (8:00-12:00)
- 12:00-14:00
- 14:00-16:00
- 16:00-18:00
- 18:00-20:00
- 19:00-21:00
*Please note that delivery to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and other remote islands or distant areas may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
*If you are not available on the delivery day, the carrier will leave a notification of attempted delivery and take the package back. Please contact the number on the notification for redelivery instructions.
Cash on Delivery
If you choose cash on delivery and the package is returned to us due to non-receipt by the customer and exceeding the carrier's storage period, the order will be canceled. We will reship only upon request, adding the shipping fee to the total amount paid at the time of the order. If a package is returned due to unjustified refusal to accept cash on delivery or expiration of the storage period, we will charge for the round-trip shipping fee and cash on delivery fee, and register the customer as a malicious user on our blacklist. Even if free shipping was provided, the actual shipping cost borne by our store will be charged as stated in the shopping guide.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for a fee. A wrapping fee of "350 yen" will be charged. Please check "Is it a gift?" on the product page or cart page and add it to the cart. If you purchase multiple items, we will wrap them together. If you want specific items to be wrapped, please enter the details in the remarks column on the cart page.
