Terms of service
You can choose from the following payment methods:
□ Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB)
Only "one-time payment" is available.
*Depending on your credit card, it may be a revolving payment.
□ Apple Pay
A payment method that uses the address and payment information registered in your Apple Pay account. After selecting the payment method, follow the instructions of the payment service to complete the payment.
□ Google Pay
A payment method that uses the address and payment information registered in your Google Pay account. After selecting the payment method, follow the instructions of the payment service to complete the payment.
□ Amazon Pay
A payment method that uses the address and payment information registered in your Amazon account. After selecting the payment method, follow the instructions of the payment service to complete the payment.
□ Rakuten Pay
A payment method that uses the address and payment information registered in your Rakuten ID and allows you to earn and use "Rakuten Points" at the time of payment. After selecting the payment method, follow the instructions of the payment service to complete the payment.
□ Postpay (Paidy)
A payment method that can be used with just your email address and mobile phone number. No pre-registration or credit card is required. Payment is made in one lump sum the following month. The total amount used in one month will be confirmed on the 1st of the following month and notified by email and SMS.
□ Smartphone Payment (QR Code)
PayPay, LINE Pay, and Merpay are available. You need to download the app you will use in advance. After completing your order, read the QR code from your payment app and complete the payment. If payment is not completed immediately, your order will be automatically canceled.
□ au PAY
A payment method that uses the payment information registered in your au ID. You need to download the app you will use in advance. After selecting the payment method, follow the instructions of the payment service to complete the payment.
□ Convenience Store Payment
After completing your order, you will receive an email titled "Order Confirmation" with the necessary "Payment Slip Number" or "Reception Number" and payment instructions for the convenience store. Please follow the instructions and make the payment at the convenience store within 5 days from the order date. Please note that a handling fee of 190 yen will be charged to the customer. The following six convenience stores are available for convenience store payment on this site: Lawson, Ministop, FamilyMart, Seven-Eleven, Daily Yamazaki, and Seicomart.
□ Bank Transfer
After completing your order, please refer to the account information listed in the order completion email and make the payment within 5 days from the order date. When making the transfer, be sure to enter the "Order No." provided in the "Order Confirmation" email in the remitter's name field. Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. If the deadline is missed, the order will be automatically canceled.
□ Cash on Delivery by Japan Post
If you select "Cash on Delivery", an additional "COD fee" will be charged in addition to the "Total Amount" displayed on the screen. Please pay the delivery person the total amount, including the COD fee. Payment can only be made in cash. Please note that the COD fee is not displayed in the "Order Confirmation Email" or the "Statement".
Below ¥30,000: ¥330 (excluding tax: ¥300)
Below ¥100,000: ¥550 (excluding tax: ¥500)
Below ¥200,000: ¥880 (excluding tax: ¥800)
Below ¥300,000: ¥990 (excluding tax: ¥900)
Below ¥500,000: ¥1,430 (excluding tax: ¥1,300)
*Refusal to Accept Cash on Delivery
In mail-order sales, it is assumed that there is an intention to purchase and pay for the product at the time of order, establishing the mail-order law and creating a sales and purchase responsibility for both parties. If you refuse or decline to accept a product shipped by cash on delivery, the product will be returned to the store. In such cases, the shipping fee, COD fee, packaging material costs, and the time spent on packaging will be the store's loss. Therefore, if a product is returned due to unjustifiable refusal to accept cash on delivery or expiration of the storage period, we will charge you for the round-trip shipping fee and COD fee, and you will be registered as a malicious user on the blacklist.
Even if free shipping was provided, we will charge the actual shipping fee borne by our store as stated in the shopping guide.
